Atlanta Deliverance Ministries GA

Welcome to our Atlanta, GA deliverance page. I used to live in Atlanta, so I know that there are many deliverance and healing ministries around. However, most deliverance ministries are not listed online. Many tend to be a function of a local church and do not have their own site. Sometimes, a deliverance ministry in a church is not even listed as one of the ministries of the church. So, you can call around to local, area churches to ask if they have some type of deliverance or prayer ministry for deliverance.

I am writing at the tail-end of March 2022. Besides a deceptive pandemic, a lot of things have changed for the worse in the past twenty years in America. There also is the problem of blatant hypersexuality, sexualization of children, flagrant and unnecessary violence, and occult themes. From the famous Starbucks mermaid to Hollywood movies and productions, it seems that America is being slowly encircled and squeezed to death by occultism and satanism.

Spiritual bondage is higher in America now than it ever was. Of course, there is no instrument or organization that measures the spiritual pulse of a nation, but I don’t think we need one. Many people need deliverance, and many of them are searching for it. Unfortunately, deliverance is often hard to find because it is usually lacking in the place where it is meant to be a normal function of daily life: the churches. Consider the following steps if you are seeking deliverance or/and you are seeking counsel, advice, or answers to questions that you have about deliverance, God’s role in deliverance, why some people are not delivered, etc.:

  1. Deliverance is primarily for Christians. There are two Christian camps around the topic of deliverance as it relates to Christians. One camp says that Christians can’t have demons; the other camp says Christians can have demons. I once heard someone say that the Bible is not clear on this because God wants Christians to relate to each primarily out of love rather than from doctrinal positions. I believe this is true. In Matthew 15:26, while a Gentile was asking Jesus for deliverance, Jesus responded that it was wrong to give deliverance to Gentiles instead of Jews and stated that deliverance belongs (first) to God’s people.
  2. Have faith in God. Jesus said to His apostles, “Have faith in God” (Mark 11:22). He was telling them, in short, to trust that God was for them, on their side, in their corner. My friend came under demonic attack while seeking God for deliverance and was therefore discouraged as he thought God was not in his corner for allowing to happen. But the Holy Spirit brought this old hymn to his mind and he realized God was still for him: “Be still, my soul; the Lord is on thy side.” With God for you, if you ask for the things you need and the desires God wants for you, you will receive them; if you seek them, you will find them; and if you pursue them to overtake and subdue them, then you will.
