Welcome to our deliverance page for Aurora, CO. Here, we try to connect people in need of deliverance with a ministry that can help them.
There are many people who are in need of and crying out for deliverance in America. Most of these cries are private, but God hears us even when we don’t vocalize our prayers, needs, desires, or emotions. If you are seeking deliverance for yourself or another, please make use of these steps which can aid you in finding, receiving, and keeping your deliverance:
- Trust that God desires to deliver you from spiritual bondage. There is a story about a man who was driving on a road and pulled over when he saw another man stranded on the roadside with a broken-down Ford vehicle. The first man helped to fix the car and get it running again. As he walked back to his car, the man he had helped thanked him and asked him his name. The first man replied, “I’m Henry Ford”, the founder of Ford Motor Company, and explained that he had designed his cars to run smoothly and did not like to see them broken down. God designed humanity to be perfect. The Fall in the Garden upset a lot of that, but God still desires His Creation to work and function properly without the hindrance of pain, sickness, sorrow, and spiritual bondage. Trust that He wants to restore you to your original model and design and that He therefore wants to deliver you of all spiritual bondage.
- Communicate with God often and routinely. This will eventually require you to separate yourself from more temporal things such as worldly values, worldly pursuits, and self-centered living. Ask God to change your value system and mindset, and communicate with Him about all the things on your heart: deliverance, career, family, whatever. Communicate in your bed; communicate in the shower; communicate while eating breakfast; communicate in your car; communicate on lunch break at work; communicate at the grocery store; communicate, communicate, communicate. As you communicate with God, you will suddenly begin to keenly sense His nearness. This is because communication has to do with relationship. We don’t willingly communicate with people we don’t trust or don’t have an amicable relationship with: “Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you” (James 4:8). His nearness is important when seeking deliverance– and important when not seeking deliverance– because He will be able to lead you to make wise decisions in your daily affairs and will be able to guide you to the right person(s) for deliverance.
- Ask Christians you trust to support you in prayer. As you seek deliverance, it will be important to have people who are praying in agreement with you for your deliverance. If you don’t have anyone for this, ask God to send you encouragement which, like support, will strengthen you as you seek your deliverance.
