Hello, and welcome to our Bowling Green, KY deliverance page here at Love Flows Ministries. If you are experiencing spiritual bondage of some kind and are in need of deliverance or are looking for someone who needs deliverance, we will try to connect you with a ministry that can help you.
We’ve listed some ministries below that are in Kentucky, but there are others on our other Kentucky pages which you can find on this site. It’s also important that when you call a ministry and they’re too far– or they can’t help you or they aren’t a good fit– that you ask them if they know other deliverance ministries in Kentucky or close to you. You might be able to find a ministry that can help you through another ministry.
Another place to look for deliverance is in your local churches. Many deliverance ministries are not listed because they function more informally and sometimes more personally. There are churches that have people who help others who are in spiritual bondage but who don’t have a ministry name and wouldn’t be called a traditional deliverance ministry. They would be individuals or people who minister deliverance as a function of Jesus’s love to His people. If you need to, don’t be hesitant to call local churches to ask a.) if they have a deliverance ministry or b.) if they have someone or people who can help you get free from spiritual bondage or oppression. Phrasing it the latter way shows you’re open to deliverance– formal or informal, traditional or non-traditional.
Here are a few steps that can help you as you seek deliverance:
- Ask God for wisdom and discernment. Wisdom helps you to see the path ahead of you and to make the right decisions or allows God to guide you the right way even if you can’t see the path ahead of you and don’t think it’s the right way. Discernment allows you to have insight or to see deeper than the surface, helping you to know what things are of and from God, from the enemy, from yourself, or from others. This helps you make wise decisions when seeking deliverance.
- Seek mature Christians for fellowship. Ask God to connect you with any mature Christians around you or some you don’t know. They help you to connect with, hear, and receive from God and provide a spiritual covering that further protects you from sin, bad decisions, and the attacks and traps of the enemy.
- Be prepared for the long haul. There are many reasons many people don’t get deliverance or get deliverance after a period of having to wait or searching. The fact is that there are many times of waiting in the Bible. Jesus told such a story– a parable about a widow who persistently demanded what was hers until she got it– as an example that “men always ought to pray and not lose heart” (Luke 18:1).
