Hello and welcome to our Minneapolis, MN deliverance page at Love Flows Ministries. We’re in the business of helping people who need deliverance to connect with ministries or ministers who can help them. If you are seeking deliverance for yourself or someone else, be encouraged.
There are many Christians who need deliverance today. Some of them attend churches that don’t believe that Christians can have demons or be demonized or spiritually oppressed, so they have to suffer in silence. Others go to churches that believe that Christians can be demonized and receive deliverance ministry. Depending on many dynamics, the ministry may or may not work out. Here are several things that are helpful to know as you seek deliverance:
- Just like there are laws of physics, of mathematics, of engineering, of attraction (etc.), there are also spiritual laws that govern how things operate in the spirit realm. One deliverance ministry might work for one person but not for another. This is because of the approach. The approach that worked for the first person is not the approach that will work for the second person. Jesus healed many blind people, but in Mark 8:22-26, He did not heal a blind man in the town of Bethsaida until He took him all the way outside of Bethsaida. He then spit on the man’s eyes and laid hands on him two different times before the man was healed. This had never happened before, but Jesus was dealing with a spiritula law whereby this man could not be healed the normal way Jesus had healed other blind people. Ask God to show you and those who minister to you how to approach deliverance so that it will work.
- Ask God to connect you with Christians who are knowledgeable in spiritual warfare, etc. People who understand satan’s MO and are discerning would be a major asset as you seek deliverance because they can give you words of knowledge and words of wisdom about your spiritual bondage and distinguish or uncover where the enemy is at work in your life and what God’s plan, will, and direction are for you.
- Have faith in God. Jesus is the deliverer and knows everything about you and your spiritual bondage. After everyone has spoken, rely first on what God’s Word says and how Jesus leads you. If you persevere, He will eventually lead you to your deliverance.
- Sanctify your life. Reject the world’s value systems and pursuits so you can devote grow closer to God. He can lead and guide you better this way in everyday life– regarding deliverance and everything else.
