Welcome to Love Flows Ministries. This is our Norman, OK deliverance page for residents of Normal and nearby who are experiencing spiritual oppression or bondage and are in need of deliverance.
We have several ministries listed for you below as well as on our other two Oklahoma pages. Remember to vet every ministry that you contact to see if they are a good fit for you. Also, be aware that you can call churches in your local area to ask if they have a deliverance ministry or if they know one that can help you.
Just like some of the Hollywood movies show, it seems like the divide between the natural and the spiritual realms is getting smaller and smaller. Many people suffer from mental illnesses, spiritual oppression, and unhealthy obsessive-compulsive activities. Many of these people are Christians. If you are experiencing problems that you know or feel are spiritual, I encourage you to contact the ministries we have listed on these pages.
The following are some bits of advice that can help you as you seek deliverance and seek to find the right place for deliverance:
- Sanctify your life to God. Both the Old and New Testaments say a lot about sanctification. To sanctify something is to ‘set it apart’ for some specific or special use. Sanctifying your life to God is basically exchanging the value systems and mindsets of the world for godly value systems and mindsets. Paul said, “I beseech you, brethren, by the mercies of God that you present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God, which is your reasonable service. Do not be conformed any longer to the pattern (ie. value systems and mindsets) of the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind (ie. your value system and mindset)” (Romans 12:1-2).
- Connect with mature Christians. This is really about connecting with or being a part of a fellowship or group of Christians who are somewhat maturing in Christ. Sometimes you can find this in a small Bible study or prayer group. Or if you know a few Christians you trust who will be willing to support you and pray with and for you as you seek deliverance, that is what you need. If you do not know anyone who can be this support for you, ask God to give you the motivation and encouragement you need.
- Have faith in God. In Luke 17:5, the apostles realized they didn’t have faith to meet Jesus where He was and told Him, “Increase our faith!” And so He did. Ask God to give you faith for deliverance, and be willing to persevere until you find it.
