Welcome to our North Charleston, SC deliverance page. We made this page for residents in and around North Charleston. We want to do our best to connect you with the right deliverance minister if you are here because you or someone you know is experiencing demonic oppression and is seeking deliverance.
We listed a few deliverance ministries below, but you can find more on our other South Carolina deliverance pages. You can also call around to the local churches in your area and ask them if they have a deliverance ministry or if they help people who are struggling with spiritual oppression to break free.
We are in unstable times. Jesus said a lot about the times we are in and the times we are entering: wars, rumors of war, earthquakes and natural disasters in various places, nations rising against nations, etc. As the times get darker, overall spiritual oppression becomes heavier. As we write this article in late May 2022, more people, as a result, are experiencing spiritual oppression in varying degrees today than ever before. If you are seeking deliverance for yourself or a loved one or someone else, the following can be helpful on your journey:
- Trust God. This is of primary importance though it can seem difficult or tricky. What does it mean to trust God as you seek deliverance for yourself? Jesus implied that deliverance is primarily for Christians before others because Christians are children of God. He also said, “Do not be afraid, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom” (Luke 12:32). The Kingdom of God includes initial salvation, ongoing salvation, healing, and deliverance from all forms of bondage. You can’t follow or rely on someone you don’t trust, so it’s important to exercise your faith in God as you seek deliverance.
- Know your enemy. The Bible shows that satan is constantly prowling around, looking for someone to harm, hurt, kill, or destroy (1Peter 5:8). His main target is Christians. As Paul says, the hindrances and ongoing problems Christians experience can be attributed to satan’s vast army of ruling angels and spirits (Ephesians 6:12). The more you believe or understand this, the better prepared you can be against satan’s devices (2Corinthians 2:11).
- Be prepared to persevere. Some people get their deliverance quickly, but some have to persevere. Sometimes, this is due to the nature of their bondage; sometimes, it’s because there are few capable deliverance ministers (Matthew 9:37). Trusting God plays a big part here. Trust is a decision, not a feeling.
