Hello and welcome to our Phoenix, AZ deliverance page. Here at Love Flows Ministries, we are aware that there is an ever-growing need for deliverance ministry and believe in the importance of helping people who need deliverance to find a ministry or person that works for them.
Arizona has many deliverance ministries available, and we hope to help you find one in Phoenix or nearby that will work for you. Here are some important things to consider as you seek deliverance ministry:
- Not all deliverance ministries will be able to help you. Just like we have laws of physics, laws of mathematics, laws of engineering, laws of attraction, etc., there are spiritual laws that govern spiritual things. A ‘law’ determines the how and why– how a thing functions and why it functions as it does. The Bible says that “God is love” (1John 4:8) which means that God is [self-]governed by the ‘law of Love’ and therefore love is His natural approach to all things. Spiritual laws dictate that not all deliverance will be done the same way and not all approaches will work. Jesus gave His apostles authority over all demons, and they were successful over all demons until they encountered the epileptic youth. As Jesus began to explain to them, their faith in their authority over demons wasn’t sufficient for this case; rather, they needed faith in God Himself (not in the authority God gave them) in order to succeed. So, if you go for deliverance ministry once or one hundred times and it doesn’t work, you aren’t at fault. Rather, spiritual laws require an approach that no one you have seen has yet tried. Keep seeking deliverance.
- Rely on God. Human beings don’t naturally love other human beings. We can have regard and respect for others, but love for people who don’t concern us– ie. family, spouses, children, close friends– isn’t in our fallen DNA. Rather, God is the one who naturally loves human beings. As it is written, “God so loved the world” (John 3:16). God is the one who knows you, loves you unconditionally, and is most invested in your life. Put your hope in Him, not in the counsel or opinions of others, as you seek deliverance.
- Garner support. The Christian life was designed to be lived more corporately than individually. In short, that means we need each other even if we’re not humble or realistic enough to realize it and even if we’re mired in a culture of individualism. Get support from a few Christians you trust. Their prayers and support will be in the spirit like a covering or canopy that can shield you from some of the influences of the world, of sin, and of satan which will aid you as you seek deliverance.
